Browsing Events
- •Visit the Events page to see all upcoming events
- •Use filters to find events by type (Masons Only, White Table, Mixed) or location
- •Switch to Calendar view for a monthly overview
- •Click on any event title to view full details
Understanding Event Types
🔵 Masons Only
Events exclusively for initiated Freemasons. Lodge meetings, degree work, and Masonic education.
🟢 White Table
Formal dining events where Masons can bring guests. Semi-formal dress code usually applies.
🟣 Mixed Event
Open events for Masons, families, and the public. Community events, charity fundraisers, and social gatherings.
Adding Events to Your Calendar
- •Click "Add to Calendar" on any event page to download an .ics file
- •Compatible with Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar, and more
- •You can also subscribe to the full calendar feed at
/api/calendar
Registering for Events
- •Each event shows registration information and booking method
- •Email registration: Click "Register via Email" for pre-filled email template
- •Online registration: Click "Register Online" to go to external booking system
📝For Lodge Secretaries
Getting Access
- •Contact an administrator to set up your secretary account
- •You'll receive login credentials via email
- •Sign in at /auth/signin
Submitting Events
- 1Go to Submit Event page
- 2Fill in all required fields: title, description, location, date, event type
- 3Choose booking method (email or website) and provide contact information
- 4Submit for review - events require admin approval before going live
- 5You'll be notified when your event is approved and published
Best Practices for Event Submission
- • Provide detailed descriptions including dress code and meal information
- • Include complete location details (address, parking, accessibility)
- • Set clear registration deadlines and capacity limits
- • Double-check all dates and times before submitting

- •View all submitted events with their approval status
- •Events submitted by admins are automatically approved
